Eligibility Requirements:

All band members must be 18 years of age or older.
All band members must be legal residents of the continental United States.
Each band must submit three original songs (MP3s) and a band photo as its official contest entry.

How It Works:

February 1st – April 30th: Submission and Voting Period
Bands create a free profile by registering at YourNextRecord.com and then upload three original songs in MP3 format and a band photo.

May 1st – May 15th: Final Voting Round

Submissions end April 30th with voting continuing for 2 more weeks until May 15th. Make sure your fans are voting!

Winner Selection:

The bands with the highest combination of fan votes and ranking are personally reviewed by Slash and Mike Clink, a winner is chosen and awarded one of the greatest prizes in rock.

Voting Rules:

Fans may vote for as many artists as they wish, but each fan may only cast one vote per artist, per day.
